  Great Product
  Best deal on Amazon Canada right now. Seriously look at the specs and compare to other Chromebooks. There are no products with these specs for this price.Alright, now that we established that this is a good deal, how is the actual laptop? I have been a Windows person for the last 20 years and ChromeOS took some getting used too. However, after about a week I was pretty comfortable with it. For basic things like web browsing, e-mailing, Youtube and movie watching its easily as good as Windows. More advanced things can be a little more tricky, but ChromeOS has come a long way in the last year. ChromeOS now supports running Linux apps and this laptop has the specs to make them perform very well. Libre Office loads and runs very fast. GIMP runs fine. You can even do light video editing. The only downside is the Linux version of Firefox doesn't run well and is quite slow. Unfortunately this leaves you with the mobile version of Firefox which is a little lacking.To wrap up. If you are looking for a good laptop to do standard things, then this a great choice. If you have no experience with ChromeOS, make sure you give it some time as you will adjust. A external USB mouse can help until you are comfortable.

  Great little book
  Everything is great. But my package came open twice. The amazon box was open and so was my chromebook. However, it seemed fine, and I am so grateful for everyone's help during their weird time.I got two of these for my kids for school and they are great. Nice, simple and exactly what they are supposed to be.My issue was not one with the product, more so with amazon or the delivery company.

  Stylish and efficient
  The chrome book came to me in French and was difficult (for me) to change the language, but the seller communicated very quickly and explained how to fix the issue. I am very thankful and satisfied.

  Best value for chromebook
  Amazing price, it says refurbished but it looks brand new to me, I dont think it was ever used.Definitely some shortfalls with the chromebook OS especially if you're used to windows or macbooks. This took a while to get used to and it's mainly cloud based.You can leave it unplugged all day and charge overnight.I got it for my kids to learn how to use a computer and type and at this price point it cant be beat.

  Hey Google, Let Others Know This is a Great Buy!
  The wife bought this laptop because we have a loaner at home and wanted to upgrade. This is a Google based laptop so most work-at-home companies wont be compatible. But it is a great buy if you surf the web and work with basic softwares like Docs and Spreadsheets. All Google products are already installed with other within seconds with the Play Store. The battery lasts all day (9-10 hours) like advertised. It does get easily dirty but that's because it is white not because of its performance. You get what you paid for (not in a bad way). Great for elementary/highschool/college/university students and parents of all age! Hey Google, Thanks Again!

  Serves it purpose
  Great chrome book to help my daughter with her online school work. Came to use in French mode but it was easily changed to English. Only issue is the headphone jack appears to be broken. I've debated sending it back because of that. My daughter has a set of wireless headphones so it's not a huge issue.For the specs of the unit itself, according to my tech savvy oldest son, it's a steal of a deal.

  Only lasted 20 days
  Had this chromebook for only 20 days and all of a sudden the screen went all distorted and fuzzy and is making a horrible static like noise .. none of the keys will work, can't even turn it off as the power button won't work either.. with the schools currently being closed, my daughter needs a computer to do her schooling on.. very disappointed 😔
