Buying a Laptop unseen during a Pandemic not always a good idea
A little less quality then I expected for a Dell but still does what I want it to. Unfortunately had to buy sight unseen due to Pandemic and shelter in place. Unfortunately, after having for just over a week, the computer was having hard drive issues apparently. The screen kept freezing then error messages were showing on screen something about harddrive error. That was enough for me. - Reviewed by bobbiedean (Reviewed in Canada on June 9, 2020)

The worst computer I have ever owned including my original Radio Shack TRS-80
This computer is non-response; the split touchpad makes it too easy to shift across fields without intending to or, alternatively, it is so unresponsive as to be rendered useless for the most easy of cursor movements; and the most annoying aspect is the failure of the computer to remember my regular internet locatio n sign-ins and preventing my easily logging on when I return to the same location. And yes, I have made sure my settings are correct. In addition, when using a VPN the system (even locations where I routinely set-up) blocks my internet access and I have to shut down my VPN (Express VPN) in order to even hope to log-in after which it generally will allow me to log-in for that time only. Imagine the frustration that every time I try to log on in my home, I get the dreaded message telling me I am connected but not secure. Further, I would say my average logon time, if I am lucky to get logged on, is 15-20 minutes and this for a laptop that was sold to me as the best I could hope to buy. I should note that NONE of my Apple products including iPhone, MacBook Pro, iPad ever provide me with this frustration or hassle. In addition to the hassles and problems noted above, I encourage you to buy this laptop if you are training for a "heavy man/person" competition since it is the mos t cumbersome and heavy laptop I have owned in years. It truly hearkens back to the good old days of computing when you had to carry a laptop around in its own independent and heavy case. I kid you not. Finally, please don't get me started on the screen readability in certain lights and at certain angles. Suffice to say it is generally unreadable unless you are staring directly at the screen. If you want to look at it, for any reason, at an angle then go to circus school and learn to do contortions so you can adjust your body to the right angle.Admittedly, the above is a bit of a rant but I am so frustrated at the inadequacies of this system and that I was convinced to buy it by the sales rep at COSTCO as the best he had ever used that I truly cannot stand to use this system. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy another at this juncture and will have to just put up with it. However, I would strongly encourage anyone seeking to buy this product to BEWARE. It is not wort h the aggravation, frustration, or the money. SHAME on Dell for producing such an inferior and troublesome product.
