  Defective laptop
  The headphone jack is not working. Tried updating and re-installing the audio drivers to no avail. Later it also showed a no bootable device error which prevented Windows 10 from loading. I tried to fix it according to the procedure found on Acer's website but it did not work. Later, I ordered a replacement which did not have these issues but its wireless adapter had a problem instead. It would not connect to Wi-Fi despite updating and re-installing the wireless drivers. I am never getting an Acer again.

  Wifi problem
  The wifi keep disconnecting even though my connection is good and working with all my other devices. The problem comes from the computer itself. I checked online and we are many people with the same problem. I do not recommend this model and even Acer itself.

  Device was as advertised, beware quiet speakers
  Works well, came with all the standard stuff (Laptop, Power Adapter, Warranty Card, Quick-Start Guide) and is in working order. Haven't had a chance to stress-test the battery life yet, but it's a decent size. Speakers are horribly quiet though, so if you need good built-in speakers this is not the laptop for you.

  It is excellent for the Black Friday deal
  The battery lifetime is great.. I have not used the fingerprint stuff. Overall I am happy with it, except I wish the display was better..

  Good experience
  I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. It works perfectly. I had some trouble with Canada Post delivering it but Amazon was amazing in helping me and a replacement was sent immediately. Overall, a good experience.

  Unimpressed
  Just 2 months after purchasing the battery is no longer working and no track pad!! Not sure of the reasons why. I wish I had bought the extended warantee (because I may have got a lemon) or made my purchase from a local retailer. Buy local! my big regret!

  Extremely fast!
  The computer is very fast and apps load in no time. The only thing I did not like about it is the touch pad which is not very reactive., so I use a cordless mouse all the time and works fine.
