  great value
  I'm not a tech expert or a gamer so this is the opinion of someone who needs a reliable laptop for simple tasks and entertainment. This laptop fills the bill and more. It arrived before the anticipated delivery date, was spotlessly clean, easy to set up and easy to use. So far so good. The display viewing angle needs to be fairly straight on for a high quality image, but I knew this from reading product reviews and expected it. The only "challenge" is the fingerprint scanner sometimes doesn't recognize properly. I have to scan my finger just right to make it work or else default to the PIN. Otherwise I am thrilled with the performance of this laptop. A bargain at the refurbished price.

NOT WORKING
Bought this laptop and it worked fine for a little while but after a couple of months the battery life reduced - lasting only around an hour and a half compared to 4 hours when I first bought it. The usage is VERY light as I use it mainly for schoolwork online. Now today I turned on the laptop and when I unplugged it from charging it immediately turned off and I cannot use it unless it is plugged in and the battery when in says it is at 80% and not charging.I contacted the seller and will let you know what happens. Very disappointed

  Well made, great value
  I like that all the specs, CPU memory etc, were as advertised. I especially likethe back-lit keyboard. I did not like the links to office online.

  Great laptop for basic tasks
  I use my laptop for work, emails, and leisure tasks such as social media and watching videos. It does not have an enormous memory if you want to store hundreds of pictures or videos in it, but it is perfect for the reasons I bought it for. It is fast and never freezes up on me. It's an ideal little laptop if you just want to surf the internet, work on documents, check your email and watch videos.

  Good value for money.
  Delivery was right on time and was as advertised: not new, but looks good as new. Only fault was the weak capacity of the battery, which wasn't a problem as a replacement was sent soon enough.Also, one of the "ctrl" keys was not functioning on arrival.Overall, the laptop is good value for money and does what it says...

  Using it for 6 months now. So far so good, for the price i paid. Did not have any issues.Received it in time, looked almosy like new.I am satisfied so far.
