Very good features for good price
I did a lot of comparison shopping before I settled on this laptop. It had almost all the things I was looking for. 512gb SSD, 12mb RAM, back lit keyboard, Gen 10 intel chip, quality screen. The fingerprint reader seems to work very well.Some of the things I wish were better would be a better keyboard layout (you have to use FN key to access the F-keys), some of the other keys are not in a very intuitive location like arrow keys and DEL key.Another item I wish this laptop had is a SD card reader. - Reviewed by Amazon Customer (Reviewed in Canada on December 30, 2019)
Good quality, delivered as promised
Very happy with the product. No issue at all. Setup was quick, backlight keyboard looks amazing, processing speed is excellent, came with additional HDD connector kit. WASTE OF MONEY!!!
Have had it for maybe 2 days and it's freezes everytime I try and use the internet. Apps stop responding and crash then whole computer will freeze and you have to turn it off by holding the power button (not properly shutting the computer down). Touchscreen.. Haha what touch screen it doesn't even work! Realistically it's a huge waste of money, I will have to purchase another computer to do what I need.. Fast and Lightweight
