  Definitely buy it, but not from Canada Direct
  Pros:- solid build- specs makes this very fast- screen is amazing- sound is decent- keyboard is nice to touch and well spread- hotkeys such as mute, increase/decrease sound/screen/backlight are very handy- very light weight- extremely quiet when not gamingCons :- fingerprint magnet- gets loud when gaming- I had wifi issues such as random disconnection which made gaming very frustrating- Price is overpriced from Canada Direct. I do not recommend it. If you return it, you can lose 50% of the money you spent with them. Only buy "sold and ship from Amazon". You will be saving yourself a lot of trouble.

  Terrible thermal design, overall not that great of a laptop
  After using the laptop for a few days, I notice that it runs h ot, very hot. After gaming for 1 hour on turbo mode on light title like League Of Legends, the CPU hit 90°C which makes no sense since my previous laptop, the Zephyrus M15, with the I7 9750H only reach up to 70°C doing the same thing. Playing a more heavy title like CoD and my CPU temp was hitting OVER 100°C.And for the built quality, the G15 feels cheap, well I mean that's probably because it is cheap compare to all the previous Zephyrus model. Plastic body, soft and not tactile keyboard, mediocre trackpad and a pretty bad display that is dim and has terrible color. Also, as many of you might have heard about, there are 2 air vents that are blocked, which is probably why the thermal is so bad. Asus's explanation was that by blocking the air vents, it allows cool air to move to other components which I think is BS. The G15 has the EXACT SAME DESIGN as the M15 and I don't see they blocking the air vents on the M15. And even if what they said was true, it is still a bad des ign. My theory is that they are trying to throttle the performance of the G15 so that their other laptops with Intel CPU have a chance to sell. Or maybe Intel bribes them to purposely do this which sounds crazy but it had happened before https://www.theguardian.com/business/2009/nov/04/intel-bribed-for-bribery-coercionOverall, I would say that the only thing worth buying about this laptop would be the AMD CPU. Despite all the design limitation, the 4800HS runs FAST, much faster than the 9750H. Everything from extracting a zip file to video editing feels smooth and incredibly fast. It is a shame that this amazing CPU couldn't run at its best.My advice to all the buyers out there is if you can afford to wait a couple months, more manufacturers will start putting AMD CPU in their laptops and you will have a many other better options to choose from.
