    Love it.
Arrived super quick. No frills, it is a neat little computer, sign in with your google info and poof, you are in. Screen is not too bad, keys are nice feeling and the pad is responsive. Battery is unlike I have ever had...this is replacing my Apple laptop...screen not as bright but good. I was worried about what I could do with this but found I have everything...I can access my iCloud stuff - mail, all my photos etc, my other emails, set book marks on the Chrome browser, pay bills etc etc... I don't know about gaming on this as I don't play computer games. No complaints and for a few hundred compared to 1000's for a new Mac , I love it.

    Worth purchasing
This is my first chromebook, and I really like it! If you're looking for something low-cost and easy to use, I think this is worth purchasing. I mainly got this for school so I'll be using it for email, writing papers, and watching videos. My pros: The keyboard has a lot of shortcuts so I don't have to worry about the small keyboard size. The weight is decent (like a 2kg dumbell) so I can hold with one hand without discomfort. My cons are: Even with adjustments the mouse movement is slightly slow and inaccurate.Overall: I'm satisfied with my first chromebook; feels like 80% tablet & 20% laptop. Also, the battery life seems to last me about 8 hours (uses about 10% per hour).

    New To ChromeBooks.
I have never touched a Chromebook in my life.... Till now and to be honest, I am very pleased with it. I love how simple yet very easy for any user young or old. It is very easy to get going on a Chromebook. The one thing I can not get over. It is how long this battery lasts wit hout needing a charge. Before my old PC it spent most of its time being charged & running out of juice. Well not with a Chromebook some days I don't need to even charge it. I have never had such a good battery in my life! One thing to note beware and don't worry too much the first time plugging in will take 10-15 minutes doing updates etc. After that, it's pretty much plug and play SIMPLE! They are also very safe to use security-wise its pretty much 80% tablet 20% laptop. Can bring it anywhere with you very sleek looking. It has a nice rough texture on the outside. Its to help in the long run with bumps and overall ware and tare. It has on both sides on the laptop type C chargers I thought this was a nice feature. It's fairly quick as well, it has no problems running a bunch of tabs and having music playing and even some more. It's a nice little laptop and super happy I turned over to buying one.*Edit*I came from Windows 10 and this Chromebook is VERY different from it and I don't really like the change. The battery life is great, but it is not as fast as a Windows it is not easy switching from the two. So have to return and get a Windows.

Excellent Value - Do your Research First!
So far this is a great buy. Does exactly what you expect it to do. It seems well build and looks clean and even a little rugged. Make sure you understand how Android OS for Chromebooks work and are comfortable with this differences from Windows, as well as the limitation. Pay particular attention to how the "Shelf" works and icon and shortcut placements. Otherwise, functions just like a notebook, just different "under the hood"!Great buy Thank you!

Careful. Has French keyboard with non-standard key spacing
The photo on this product listing shows a standard US keyboard lay out, but the unit I received has the "Canadian" keyboard with French and English characters. There's an extra key on the left side of the bottom row which causes frequent mis-typing of Z, X and C if you touch type. Apart from that, this budget Chromebook is excellent value for money. The screen is slightly washed out, but good enough for casual couch surfing use. Performance is decent with a handful of tabs open, and battery life seems to be excellent.

    Non
Il a crashé 3 fois (écran pixelisée et gelé) en 2 heures d'utilisation, je n'ai pas pris de risque d'en avoir un nouveau, je l'ai retourné et me suis fait remboursé le lendemain

Trackpad doesn't work, and screen isn't very good
This laptop is very light and its battery life is excellent. My unit arrived with a dead trackpad. The keyboard is decent for the money but could be much better. The screen is fairly low res and doesn't look the best. Although for $250, you get what you pay for. If you just need a cheap laptop for typing documents or watching youtube, it should be fine. This is also a great laptop for kids. If my trackpad worked, I might give it 3 stars but honestly, I'm not sure it deserves it. It's a ok laptop for the price. Not the best, but I've certainly had worse.

Built on the cheap, but still reasonable choice for casual use
Excellent for casual use (browsing, e-mails and really, not much more). Just wish the screen had higher resolution/quality. Colors look a bit washed out, viewing angles are just about terrible and things are very visibly grainy. I really like the USB-C charging and the full size ports, and the keyboard has a decent typing feel. Wish the keyboard layout had the flat enter k ey though (one supplied has the ISO layout, with the inverse-L shape enter key). Touchpad is also not great, feels a bit loose with a visible gap between it and the casing. Generally speaking, build quality is mediocre, there is a lot of body flex. Had to return the first unit as the WiFi/BT card died after 15 min of use. The second unit thankfully still works.
